Margaret Hall
LLB, LLM, PhD
Margaret Isabel Hall holds the professorship in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University and is a professor at the SFU School of Criminology. Dr. Hall is also an adjunct professor at the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law and at the Australian Centre for Health Law Research in Brisbane, Australia. Margaret's areas of research include torts, wills, medical assistance in dying, law and aging, legal responses to vulnerability, and mental capacity.
